The VISUAMALL OPTION plus WORKER application is a dedicated viewer available only for contracted companies. This is a free application for companies that cannot use an in-house version.
"OPTION plus WORKER" is service to enable work instructions and duties report for a company.
The manager of the company distributes the work schedule to an application user. And the user can make a report. Furthermore, a user of the companies becomes more effective by cooperating with the documents such as manuals to distribute in "VISUAMALL SMART CATALOG ".
OPTION plus WORKER App. Function Overview
(1) Distribution of the work schedule
The confirmation of the work schedule that the app user was distributed by a manager is possible.
(2) Distribution of the check sheet
In app user, the confirmation of a check sheet distributed by a manager is possible.
(3) The transmission to making and the manager of the report
The making of the report is possible. As for the report, the confirmation result of the check sheet, image file, the attachment of the movie file are possible. App user can send the report to a manager.
(4) Sending to a customer
As for the report, a handwriting signature is possible. App user make a handwritten report with a signature a PDF file and can send it to a customer by an email.
